Who should use this Sub-Lease Agreement?
A tenant may consider using this Sub-Lease Agreement when on-leasing his/her rights in leased property to a sub-lessee. Note: you may wish to obtain the sub-lessee’s details, and conduct a background check before finalising the Sub-Lease Agreement. The Tenant Application Form may be used for this purpose. It is also recommended that you ensure the primary Lease Agreement with the landlord does not prohibit the entering into of this Sub-Lease Agreement.
