Who should use this Sub-Agent Authority? 

An estate agent that has been authorised by a seller to sell a property may consider using this Sub-Agent Authority when authorising another agent to introduce prospective buyers to the property.   

What does the Sub-Agent Authority say? 

The Sub-Agent Authority identifies the property/ies being sold, and sets out the commission structure and basis on which commission will be paid to the sub-agent.

• Read the document to ensure that it suits your requirements. Make changes as required.
• Complete all details, such as the Sub-Agent’s details, property details, asking price and commission.
