An estate agent that has been authorised by a seller to sell a property may consider using this Sub-Agent Authority when authorising another agent to introduce prospective buyers to the property. This agreement is reciprocal, whereby both estate agents may introduce prospective buys to properties being sold by the other agent, for an agreed commission.
