Who should use this Sole Mandate Form? 

An estate agent may consider using this Sole Mandate Form in order to obtain an exclusive authority to sell a seller’s property. 

 

The Sole Mandate Form calls for pertinent personal details about the seller and the property. It also sets out the asking price for the property, as well as the commission payable, and strives to prohibit a seller from appointing any other agent for the duration of the mandate period.
