Who should use this Agent’s Mandate Form?
An estate agent may consider using this Agent’s Mandate Form in order to obtain an authority to sell a seller’s property. Note that this is not a Sole Mandate.

The Agent’s Mandate Form calls for pertinent personal details about the seller and the property. It also sets out the asking price for the property, as well as the commission payable.
