Who should use this Agent’s Mandate Form? 

An estate agent may consider using this Agent’s Mandate Form in order to obtain an authority to sell a seller’s property. Note that this is not a Sole Mandate. 

What does the Agent’s Mandate Form say? 

The Agent’s Mandate Form calls for pertinent personal details about the seller and the property. It also sets out the asking price for the property, as well as the commission payable.    

What does the Agent’s Mandate Form look like? 

• The agreement can be printed onto one A4 page.

What do you need to do to use the Agent’s Mandate Form?

• Read the document to ensure that it suits your requirements. Make changes as required.
• Complete all details, such as Seller’s details, Property details, asking price and Commission. 
• Give the form to the Seller to complete and sign.
