This Will may be used by a person needing to draw up a will, setting out what is to happen to his/her belongings in the event of his/her death.  Note that this Will includes the formation of a trust in the event that any of the heirs are minors, and where applicable, makes provision for guardianship.

• The Will can be printed onto three A4 pages.

• Read the document to ensure that it suits your requirements. Make changes to suit your unique needs, as required.
• Complete the relevant details. It is of critical importance that you ensure that all details have been completed before signing the Will.
• Where you wish to leave identified assets to certain people, list these as bequests in clause 4. Where you wish to leave the rest of your estate generally to certain people, list these people as heirs in clause 5.
• Ensure that you sign the Will in the presence of two witnesses, with all of you signing each page. (Note: your witnesses must be over 16 years old, competent to sign, and must not be your appointed executor or beneficiaries or heirs under your Will)
