What does the Confidentiality Agreement say?

The Agreement strives to:

• Generally define what “Confidential Information” is protected
• Prohibit the Receiver from disclosing the information to others, or using it for their own benefit
• Provide the Discloser with the right to claim damages if the Receiver breaches confidentiality

What do you need to do to use the Confidentiality Agreement?

• Read the document to ensure that it suits your requirements. Make changes as required.
• Complete your details as the “Discloser”.
• Fill in the details of the person that will be receiving the information as the “Receiver”.
• Both Discloser and Receiver must sign the document.
