Where one person introduces potential customers to another person who will be delivering goods or services in exchange for a lead or introductory commission, then this Lead Commission Agreement can be used to record the agreement between the parties. Note that this agreement applies where the commission arrangement is a reciprocal one. Where one person is referring leads to a person, but not receiving leads from that person, then the Commission Agreement – one way is recommended.
