Generally defines the roles of both the person identifying or sourcing customers, and the person delivering the goods or services
Provides for the protection of confidential information
Sets out the rights of termination of the contract
Sets out the commission calculation in the event of either once-off sales, or recurring (for example monthly / retainer) sales

Complete both parties’ details (names and addresses) in clause 1, with the person supplying the goods or services as the Supplier, and the person introducing customers as the Associate
Complete the commission structure in clauses 6 and 7
Get both parties to sign the document
