Any organisation employing staff may make use of this Computer Usage Policy.

• Who should use this Computer Usage Policy?
• If you run a business and you employ staff that are required to use Company computers or IT infrastructure, then this Computer Usage Policy may be used. The Policy details the Company’s policy in respect of staff’s usage of computers, related equipment and the general IT infrastructure that is provided by and belongs to the Company. The Policy also refers to the Company’s right to access anything received or generated by staff using the Company’s infrastructure.

• Change “the Company” to the name of your company in the email disclaimer, or replace the disclaimer with your own disclaimer, as required
• Distribute the policy to staff, and ensure they sign a confirmation of receipt.
