Who should use this Corporate Card Agreement?
If you give any of your staff or any sub-contractors or agents credit cards, debit cards, garage cards or store cards, you would need to take steps to protect yourself in the event that the Cardholder misuses the Card, including using it for personal use.
What does the Corporate Card Agreement say?
The Agreement strives to:
- Generally define what acceptable use of the Card is
- Prohibit the Cardholder from misusing the Card
- Provide you, the person ultimately responsible for the Card, with a right to claim from the Cardholder if the Card is misused
- Set out the Cardholder’s responsibilities in respect of the security of the Card

What do you need to do to use the Corporate Card Agreement?
- Read the document to ensure that it suits your requirements. Make changes as necessary
- Complete your details as the “Principal” and sign the document.
- Fill in the details of the Cardholder, and get the Cardholder to sign the document.
