Who should use this Corporate Card Agreement?

If you give any of your staff or any sub-contractors or agents credit cards, debit cards, garage cards or store cards, you would need to protect yourself in the event that the Cardholder misuses the Card, including using it for personal use.

What does the Corporate Card Agreement say?

Generally defines what acceptable use of the Card is
Prohibits the Cardholder from misusing the Card
Provides you, the person ultimately responsible for the Card, with the right to claim any losses from the Cardholder if the Card is misused
