Who should use these Disciplinary and Grievance Procedures?

If your business employs staff, then these Disciplinary and Grievance Procedures may be used. The Procedures sets out the procedures the business will take in the event of a staff member’s incapacity or misconduct, the related disciplinary proceedings, and any grievances expressed by staff.
