Why do I need a Training Enrolment Form?

A Training Enrolment Form strives to assist a trainer to confirm the enrolment of delegates onto a course without necessarily getting the client’s signature to the training agreement each time. It is suggested, however, that a Training Agreement be signed with the client.

What type of business should use a Training Enrolment Form?

If your business provides a training service to clients, eg. running courses and seminars, compiling and presenting training etcetera, then clients may use this form to enrol delegates onto courses.

What does the Training Agreement look like?

The enrolment form contains two sections, and can be printed onto two A4 pages. The two sections are:

• Client’s details: this requires you to fill in the client’s details and reiterates the application of the Training Agreement.
• Delegate’s details: this requires the client to confirm the details of the delegates being booked onto the course.
• The form can be extended if additional delegates’ details are required.

What do you need to do to use the Training Agreement?

• Read the document to ensure that it suits your requirements. Make changes as required.
• Get your Client to complete the details and sign.
