A Pre-school / crèche enrolling children to the school may consider using these Terms of Enrolment in order to obtain pertinent details pertaining to the child, notify the parents / guardians of school hours and policies, and set out the parents’/guardians’ responsibilities.
What do the Terms of Enrolment say?
The Agreement consists of:
- A personal Details section: calling for the child’s, mother’s and father’s details
- A Development History: calling for details pertaining to the child’s development
- Terms of Enrolment: setting out the terms and conditions for the child’s enrolment at the school
- General Information: setting out the fees, school hours, bank account details, required documentation and supplies required
- Policy Document: setting out the school’s policies, including health and safety, and discipline
