I am an Estate Agent who deals with quite a few law firms. These firms range from small family practices to the so called “big 5 ” in Johannesburg. Whilst they offer a good service I personally find many of their documents too complicated which can lead to disputes between the parties. My fiancé entered into a partnership with her brother and distant cousin, unfortunately they did not enter into any contract.
