Our documents are all provided in Word format, which allows you to change the document according to your requirements. It is, however, strongly recommended that you obtain independent legal advice before implementing or signing any document, to ensure that any legal obligations that affect you have been catered for.
We will check any modifications that you have made to any document purchased on this site if you request it within 5 days of purchase. Please ensure that the modifications you have made are highlighted, to facilitate a speedier turnaround time.
If you are in any way dissatisfied with our product, notify us within 5 days of purchase together with the reasons for your dissatisfaction. Where possible, we will modify the document that you have purchased to your satisfaction. If you are still not happy with the document after modification, or if modification of the document will not solve the problem, we will refund you the amount that you paid for it. All refunds will be made in the same manner as the original payment method.
