Question: How do I receive my documents once I have paid for them?
Answer: A link will be sent to you using the email address you provide in the details section.When you click on this link, you will be able to download the documents you purchased, using the access code provided.
Question: What do I do if you do not have the document I am looking for?
Answer: Send us an email briefly outlining the document you need. If the document has generic application, we may consider drafting it and making it available on the site. Alternatively we may be able to refer you to an attorney who would be happy to assist.
Question: What format do you provide the document in?
Answer: You will receive the document in Microsoft Word and in PDF format.
Question: What type of formatting is used in the documents?
Answer: Single or double columns may be used. The font used is generally either Arial or Times New Roman with the font size ranging from 9 to 12 points.
Question: What if I don't receive the link?
Answer: The two most common reasons for people not receiving the link are :(i) The e-mail address entered into the order form was incorrect;
or (ii) the e-mail was directed into your spam folder. First please check your spam folder. If it is not there, contact us.
Question: I don't have a credit card, but would like to buy a document from you. What do I do?
Answer: Contact us for the EFT details. Once we've confirmed payment, we will e-mail the document to you.
